HOME AT LAST
Home at Last is a new construction custom home in North Scottsdale, Arizona that blends contemporary and transitional design with a warm, relaxed sensibility. Soft beige tones create a calm foundation, while rich chocolate wood finishes, bold patterns, tailored furnishings, and linen window treatments add depth, texture, and character throughout the home. Clean architectural lines and layered natural materials keep the spaces feeling refined without losing their sense of comfort.
The overall feeling is elevated yet livable, with each room designed to feel inviting, collected, and easy to settle into. From the open living and dining spaces to the more intimate rooms throughout the home, the design balances sophistication with warmth. The project’s name was inspired by the home’s record room and a shared love of Steely Dan, bringing music, personality, and a personal story into the heart of the design.
