This new construction custom home in North Scottsdale, Arizona blends contemporary and transitional design to create a space that feels polished yet inviting. Soft, soothing beige tones set a calm backdrop, while rich chocolate wood finishes, bold patterns, and relaxed linen window treatments add warmth and character. The overall vibe is meant to feel like a high-end boutique spa—elevated, comfortable, and easy to unwind in. The project name was inspired by the home’s record room and our shared love for Steely Dan, a personal touch that brings music, creativity, and personality into the heart of the design.
